📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends and patterns.
• Prepare and present financial forecasts and projections to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, including our international partners.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to provide strategic recommendations.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Support the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with financial analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in financial analysis or a related field is a plus.
