📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.
• Oversee staff training and development to ensure high levels of customer service and sales expertise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our commitment to diversity and excellence.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Proficient in using retail management software such as Point of Sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Understanding of luxury retail trends and the ability to apply this knowledge to drive business growth.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Ability to travel frequently to different store locations as required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
