📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead HR technology initiatives, implementing and optimizing HRIS solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR technology needs and evaluate vendor solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance to support the company's HR objectives and drive organizational growth.
• Develop and implement best practices for HRIS management, ensuring seamless integration of HR systems.
• Monitor HRIS performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging HR technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HRIS, providing training and support to HR staff and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with a strong background in healthcare HRIS.
• Certification in HRIS, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Proven experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify HR technology needs and evaluate vendor solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and best practices for HRIS management.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
