• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
