• Develop and implement enterprise-wide digital strategies aligned with business goals.

• Oversee the development and deployment of digital solutions using tools like Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, and Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital technologies.
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies to drive competitive advantage.
• Manage and execute digital transformation projects from inception to completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise strategy.
• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a complex organizational environment.
• Certifications in digital leadership, project management (PMP), and relevant digital platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale digital transformation projects.
