📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and presentations.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainers and employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with business goals.
  • Report on training program outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with training management software is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as required.
