📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and components.,Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians in project execution.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other engineering disciplines.,Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.,Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of mechanical design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS).,Proven experience in project management and team leadership.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ASME, OSHA).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
