Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.,Develop and execute creative design strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.,Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and brand cohesion.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.,Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.,Provide design guidance and feedback to internal teams and clients to ensure optimal outcomes.,Contribute to the development and implementation of design processes and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of successful projects.,Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work and creative concepts.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.,Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.,Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.,Experience in managing and mentoring a design team is a plus.
