📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.,Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing decisions.,Oversee the management and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive overall growth.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-backed recommendations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and marketing.,Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.,Manage vendor relationships and ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing, or a similar role.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.,Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
