📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost control.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistent brand standards and operations across all stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
