📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our products.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space to enhance the customer experience.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong sales and negotiation skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and sales software.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
