📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR team.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
