📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for projects.,Monitor project costs and ensure that they remain within budget.,Analyze project data to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure project success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.,Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that projects are progressing as planned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quantity surveying.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, project management, and budgeting.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.
