📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Conduct tests and measurements to verify product quality and compliance with specifications.,Document and report any quality issues or defects.,Work closely with production teams to identify and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards and regulations.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.,Knowledge of quality control standards, ISO, and industry regulations.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
