Operations (Mandarin Speaker)

Sumber Mega International is seeking a dedicated Mandarin Speaker for our Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with our clients and partners in the Chinese market.

This is a full-time position located in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya. The salary range for this role is Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve operational goals.
• Communicate with clients and partners in Mandarin to maintain strong relationships.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel for business purposes.
