📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Manage and develop the store team, providing training and support to achieve operational excellence.,Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.,Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making.,Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.,Implement and monitor store performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a store and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
