Sehati Anggi Kebab is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the reception area, providing excellent customer service.,Handle and direct customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints effectively.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is always presentable.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Train and supervise junior receptionists to ensure high service standards.,Monitor and report reception area performance metrics to management.,Assist in inventory management and ordering for reception area supplies.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.,Proficiency in using computer systems for reception tasks.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Good knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and ordering processes.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
