📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and profitability.,Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective operations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
