📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the General Affairs department, including administrative, facilities management, and security functions.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Manage the budget for the General Affairs department, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Coordinate with other departments to address operational issues and improve overall efficiency.,Ensure the safety and security of company property and personnel.,Maintain and improve the physical infrastructure of company facilities.,Handle employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.,Provide leadership and guidance to the General Affairs team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Affairs or a similar role in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of administrative and operational procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.,Experience in managing security and facilities operations is a plus.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
