In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage service, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service and experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service to customers.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Maintain accurate records of food and beverage sales and expenses.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the F&B service area.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure that all staff are up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the F&B industry.,Proven track record of success in managing F&B service operations.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and accounting principles.,Ability to lead and motivate a team of staff.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
