In this role, you will be responsible for supporting production activities, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our manufacturing processes. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in production to gain valuable industry experience and develop their skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the production process, including material handling, equipment operation, and quality control checks.,Monitor production schedules and report any delays or issues to the production supervisor.,Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, defects, and downtime.,Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on production equipment.,Collaborate with the production team to improve efficiency and implement process improvements.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of production reports and documents as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a similar discipline).,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production-related role (preferred but not required).,Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
