As a Junior Captain, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of drivers, ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, and maintaining high standards of safety and service quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage a team of drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, route planning, and maintenance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of all operations and generate reports as required.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field is preferred.
