📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to employees.,Assess training needs and design appropriate training solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel to different locations for training purposes.
