Hotel Vera Geprek is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and food quality to our guests. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site at our restaurant. We are offering a competitive salary package of Rp 20.000.000 – Rp 30.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage cost control.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales and revenue.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that the restaurant is aligned with the hotel's overall goals and objectives.,Ensure that the restaurant is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, with experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment preferred.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.,Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards is a plus.
