As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with our sales team and management to ensure the success of our sales initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Visit and meet with potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events as required.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the sales manager.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with the Lubuklinggau market and customer base.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
