📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and systems as needed.,Implement and manage security measures to protect the company's IT assets.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems.,Document all IT processes and procedures for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
