📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address production issues.,Implement and monitor production schedules and budgets.,Train and develop production staff to improve performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.,Report to the Production Supervisor on production progress and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in production or manufacturing.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and tools.,Good understanding of safety procedures and regulations.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
