• Prepare and serve food and beverages with precision and speed, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including shift schedules and break times.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food or restaurant setting, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in hospitality or food service are a plus.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight as needed.
