📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client outreach, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to secure new business.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional network.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
