📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the sales and marketing activities in the assigned area.,Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly sales targets.,Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events as required.,Providing regular reports to the management on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
