As a Legal Consultant at Anugrah Business Consultation Indonesia, you'll be responsible for conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts, and advising clients on a wide range of legal matters. You'll use tools like LexisNexis and Westlaw to stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments, and you'll leverage your knowledge of Indonesian law to provide strategic advice that meets the unique needs of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients in a variety of industries, including finance, technology, and manufacturing.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist clients with compliance matters, including regulatory filings, audits, and investigations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies that support business objectives.
• Mentor and train junior legal professionals to ensure the continued growth and success of our team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide proactive legal solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal consulting or a similar role, with a strong track record of providing high-quality legal services to clients.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian law, including corporate law, commercial law, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar platforms.
• Certification in legal consulting or a related field is a plus.
