📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive BAM training programs that meet Lion Air Group's technical standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions using real aircraft and maintenance equipment, ensuring students gain practical experience.
• Assess and evaluate students' performance, providing constructive feedback to enhance their learning.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aircraft maintenance technology and incorporate this knowledge into your training programs.
• Collaborate with senior maintenance engineers and instructors to continuously improve training methodologies and materials.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on Basic Aircraft Maintenance.
• Certification as a BAM Instructor, preferably from an accredited aviation training organization.
• Proficiency in using aircraft maintenance software such as DAS (Digital Aircraft Service) and other Lion Air Group-specific tools.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and mentor effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language used in aviation.
